《问题魔法学院DS 双时空石》新游戏画面
本作是KONAMI在NDS上推出的解密游戏《问答魔法学院DS》系列第二作，全名为《问答魔法学院DS 双时空石》。故事舞台依然以学院为主，游戏形式与角色扮演游戏十分相似，战斗部分则是各种各样的迷题。游戏包括故事模式以及检定模式：在故事模式中玩家要扮演一名魔法学院的学生，解决穿插在故事的各种谜题；检定模式继街机版获得好评后加入本作中，包含80、90、2000年代的话题性问题，另外还包含排行要素。
