[SS模拟器]SSF v0.11 alpha R3

Changed the SH2 interrupt processing.
Changed the state save data version.
Added an option that fixes the window size.
Added a dedicated thread option to flip.
Added an option that always operates the VDP1 drawing thread.
Added an option that makes the bus weight effective.
Changed the recording data version.
Fixed a bug that caused the option to hang on closing.

此版需安裝DirectX End-User Runtimes (February 2010)，不然無法運行
