1. Based on SVN r3650
2. Fixed: -nogui did not work at all.
3. Fixed: Double-clicking titlebar did not work.
4. Fixed: tv2x scaler slowed down the overall emulation (Thanks, Lupin2)
5. Added save slots selections into menu.
6. Added the following menu items : Serial / Parallel ports, Printer, MT32 rate
7. Fixed some minor bugs.
