MAME改版模拟器，主要在于优化速度，新版变动如下:
* Updated to MAME 0.146u3
- Implemented "D3D Clean Stretch" feature from CabMAME (As requested in the forum)
- Again a bunch of changes/fixes to the GUI. See post above for further details. If present in your path, please delete "MAMEUIFX.INI" before launch the application.
