多机种模拟器MEWUI 1.66发布

• Standard menu now allows mouse wheel scrolling.
• Fixed DAT's view in full screen mode.
• Removed roms info in history view.
• Replaced individual filters "Raster" and "Vector" with filter "Screen Type", with the addition of sub-types "" (machines without a screen) and "LCD".
• Latest selected machine and filter is saved on exit and restored at startup.
• Various minor code refactoring and fix.
• Updated to MAME 0.166.
