瓷中珍品——中国红

   中国陶瓷艺术源远流长，千百年来，众多色彩斑斓的瓷器中，唯独没有象征吉祥、喜庆、最为中国人喜爱的大红色瓷。这是因为红色釉料不耐高温，烧制异常困难，成为陶瓷史上的一道千古难题。兴盛于一千多年前中晚唐的长沙窑，就烧制出了世界上最早的铜红釉执壶，成为世界彩釉尤其是红釉的开创者。此后，又有宋代的钧红瓷，明清时期的祭红、郎红、胭脂红、豇豆红、珊瑚红等红色釉瓷，但这些红釉多是低温釉，烧至800℃左右红色即会分解，它们的色泽也并非真正的大红色，且烧制工艺要求极高，得来不易，成为皇室内廷和国内外历代收藏家追求的珍品。

    近百年来，德国、法国、曰本和中国的陶瓷专家们都在倾尽全力研制能耐高温的大红陶瓷釉料，但都未成功。原因是大红颜料都不耐高温，当温度升至摄氏800度以上，大红色就会全部褪去。以尹彦征为首的长沙华红实业有限公司的陶瓷专家们，耗时10年，经过上千次实验，终于从几千个配方中筛选出能耐摄氏1200~1300度高温的陶瓷大红釉配方，烧出了颜色鲜艳，发色均匀、光泽度高的大红色高温瓷器，并且还成功地将大红色运用到大花瓶上。这一技术成为中外陶瓷发展史上的重大创造和突破，并再次证明中国陶瓷文化具有不可动摇的领先地位。“中国红”陶瓷已被国家有关部门正式定为赠送国际友人的国家级礼品。
