    RGB support: AppleColor card (-rgb-card-type apple) is now an alias for Video7's RGB-SL7 card (-rgb-card-type sl7).
    RGB support: removed the preconditions for AN3 setting the RGB video mode flags.
      IOUDIS soft-switch is for //c only, so removed support for //e.
