Ootake 1.30（PCE/TG16模拟器）

早期游戏主机PCE/TG16模拟器新版本
新版优化了"Mugen Senshi Valis"，"Power Sports (World Sports Competition)" 游戏模拟效果。
改良了模拟器内核代码程式，重新编写和整理了模拟器菜单选项。等等
