NDS新作《索尼克编年史》游戏画面初公开
《索尼克编年史：黑暗兄弟会》由知名欧美厂商Bioware制作。游戏讲述索尼克在打败了蛋头博士两年之后的一次休假中接到泰尔斯的电话，说纳克里斯被一伙叫做“掠夺者”的组织绑架了。6个查欧翡翠也丢失了。尽管这次故事中弹头博士不会是大反派，但Bioware表示这次索尼克仍将会和蛋头博士有一段剧情。游戏会分为两章节，第一章发生在索尼克的世界，第二章发生在黑暗世界中。游戏中对话会用简单的对话树来表现。游戏画面背景将会有手绘的水彩效果。战斗将会用3维的方式来表现，游戏中同时上场的同伴达到4名， 每一个角色都有特殊的技能，比如泰尔斯就可以飞跃障碍。游戏中总共会出现11名同伴，其中7个已知的是：索尼克、泰尔斯、艾米、纳克里斯、罗格，阴影，巨猫（Big the Cat）。 游戏将和《塞尔达传说 梦幻沙漏》一样采用完全触控笔操作的方式进行。游戏将不是采用踩地雷的方式，所有敌人都是地图上可见的，并将以回合制指令的形式展开。游戏和很多角色扮演游戏一样会有特殊攻击技能和团队攻击技能存在。每次升级过后，可以自己分配升级点数，每级的特殊技能也是要靠购买获得。
