新PS2模拟器XeonVideo 0.2 is finished

XeonVideo 0.2 is finished

Our own video plugin is in phase 2/10. You can see the beautiful output (with ~16 FPS!) while rendering the PS2 BIOS.

Thanx to Quid and Port7 for a good job. The dev time for this plugin was nearly one month.
