N久不更新的MD模拟器居然更新了，难到是为了庆祝国庆？

1)Try to fix the bugs on ATI HD2600 etc..
2)Adjust DAC.
3)ADjust YM2612.
4)Adjust PCM.
5)Deleted some filters.Update Gens32 Filter II.
6)Update Gens32 IO for some hack use.
