[风景]绮丽风光的新疆白哈巴

白哈巴拥有名闻遐迩的国家森林公园和白桦林围绕着的“西北第一村”图瓦人的村落。森林公园位于阿尔泰山南脉，海拔1200到2600米，东邻喀纳斯国家自然保护区，西部与哈萨克斯坦隔水相望。图瓦人是古老民族蒙古族的一支，他们以放牧狩猎为生，保留了古老部落的氏族观念和早期的宗教信仰色彩。这儿水草丰盛，牛羊肥壮，穿镶边蒙古长袍、腰系艳丽缎带的图瓦人过着无忧无虑、田园牧歌式生活。
　　白哈巴拥有瑞士般的绮丽风光，垂直分布着多样植被，从草原到阔叶林、针叶林、亚高山草甸、永久冻土带，再往上是冰川、雪山，形成多层景观带。成群结队的牛羊在阳光下悠闲地吃着草，蒙古族和哈萨克族的牧民们的帐篷顶上升起袅袅炊烟，一切是那么的安详、宁静。
