Jave GB模拟器，新版变动如下：

JMEBoy
- fix the RTC time bug (bug ID 2498181)
- added option to enable/disable the on-screen buttons and the on-screen d-pad
- on-screen buttons now have a 'pressed' state (feature request 2535131)

JSwingBoy
- fix the RTC time bug (bug ID 2498181)
