「CLANNAD AFTER STORY」是由GALGAME原作「CLANNAD」改编的TV动画第二期，于2008年10月到2009年3月播放。本次的DVD中包含第16话「白色的黑暗」、第17话「夏天的时间」、第18话「大地的尽头」本编共三话。初回限定版中包含京都动画制作人员的评论声轨、秋生声优置鲇龙太郎和早苗声优井上喜久子的采访视频、明信片等特典。
