Mame Plus的另一改版模拟器新版，变动如下：

★Removed all earlier and mgd2 sets of neodrv.c
★Kof95rp removed (same as ko95ru)
★Neogeo bioses added: Universe Bios (Hack v2.3 free),France MVS (not work), NeoGeo GameGenie v0.46 (not work)
★Splash screen modified
★A lot of snes games work now (DSP-2 & OBC-1 etablished in 127u7 by mame team)
