          o General Improvements
          o Added Launcher to support Favorites list
          o Added Atari 800/XL/XE images to Launcher list
          o Added several User keys

          o Changed drawing (less tearing?)
          o Added 16/32-bit video modes
          o Added Fullscreen mode configuration
          o Added NTSC filter (thanks Blargg)
          o Added 3x scaling
          o Added Screenshots
    * Core
          o Atari 800/XL/XE support (see documentation)
          o Fixed PM graphics in hi-res again (Bounter Bob Counter)
          o Added PAL support
          o Added INS instruction (Pac Pollux crash)
    * Misc
          o Changed configuration to SQLite database
          o Improved directory handling (Frontends, Drag-N-Drop)
          o Updated to latest GuiChan version
          o Added INNO setup for Windows
          o Now open source
          o NOT backward compatible with previous versions
