Neogeo CD模拟器NeoRaine發佈新版，更新如下：

    * save and restore window position in windows
    * down arrow can now cycle after the end of a menu
    * add "new pictures" capability to capture mode
    * don´t forget the header of the dialog when comuting
    * recreate gamebitmap only when display_cfg.stretch changes
    * fix a warning about a return value
    * allows the ym2610b for neocd (optional)
    * add the possibility to reset the fps to the driver
    * compare with old_region only when regions are defined
    * fix restoration of sound position in neocd
    * changing the region from the menu doesn´t reset immediately
    * fix fm sound on the left side for some games
