The hidden characters in Mortal Kombat II (Smoke, Noob Saibot, and Jade) always& M1 a) c0 U9 F1 d+ b$ I
seemed very cool to me. So awhile back I thought I could make a Pro Action Replay
' V; k. h/ }; `5 d" \cheat code to play as these characters. It was simple enough to make a code to; J, B# ^9 {9 Z
make you be any of the three. Try it out in an unpatched ROM. Use these codes:

badass characters, doing anything other than pressing Up, Down, High Punch, or
+ j3 q) |# G5 i- A5 cblock will cause the game to crash. This isn't very fun. So I decided to look( N" L: @, \9 }5 `7 y/ U4 \
into the problem and thus here is this patch.. P' D' U; V4 z( z% C4 {

This patch does alot of things to allow the game to run with a human controlling) {) R0 v4 i6 E, w6 J
any of the hidden characters (Smoke, Noob, Jade) without crashing. Below are some& M4 N t/ p" Q8 Y* ` V
keypoints.

( P, ?. y+ r8 p9 A" X$ U* All 3 characters can now move like every normal character without crashes.

* All 3 characters can now perform Finishing Moves and be Finished themselves." L! @1 L/ B6 l# y: g9 s% p
* All 3 characters have Fatality moves.

Secret Codes:

a combination of directional pad presses followed by SELECT to enter them. The
2 o3 U( _2 c( ^; e+ c% l4 ccodes were made the way they are so they are very easy to enter. After hitting
6 W* Q0 _5 v2 rSELECT you should press any of these buttons: A,B,X,Y,L,R. If you press another
% K5 `; N8 P& q6 o0 qdirection on the directional pad after pressing Select and hearing the correct

character has their own unique portrait or they will all get a question mark
