+ S7 ^/ Q6 l# y/ m+ k8 l+ D% K1 }9 jseemed very cool to me. So awhile back I thought I could make a Pro Action Replay
5 @3 o( X4 _& U' ]/ S; [2 O" Scheat code to play as these characters. It was simple enough to make a code to
make you be any of the three. Try it out in an unpatched ROM. Use these codes:

7E2EF80E - Player 1 Is Smoke
7E2EF80F - Player 1 Is Noob Saibot
7E2EF810 - Player 1 Is Jade

So go give that a try, I'll wait here till you get back...


So now you see that while you can force the game to let you be one of these
, E/ t( M  j$ B7 x/ ubadass characters, doing anything other than pressing Up, Down, High Punch, or
block will cause the game to crash. This isn't very fun. So I decided to look
  e3 T% W9 r# {: Y1 Rinto the problem and thus here is this patch.

1 h, T" j5 _9 m0 n; OPatch Details:
This patch does alot of things to allow the game to run with a human controlling
any of the hidden characters (Smoke, Noob, Jade) without crashing. Below are some
; I2 X+ j" n3 i( {% _keypoints.

3 F5 J! c  v  S. M; O6 Y& l: s* All 3 characters can now move like every normal character without crashes.
* All 3 characters have Special moves.
* All 3 characters can now perform Finishing Moves and be Finished themselves.
$ V& c% j+ e8 E+ K* All 3 characters have Fatality moves.
* All 3 characters have Friendship and Babality moves.
* All 3 characters are no longer stuck in Goro's Lair, the may appear anywhere.
' s  {5 z  J0 G* Playing 2 Player Versus with a Hidden Character no longer crashes the game.
* Added 'Secret Codes' to play as any Hidden Character for Player 1.

0 n  G- u% x: k& CSecret Codes:
& ~$ ~$ U# M/ S! z6 H5 DThe secret codes are entered on the Character Selection Screen. You must enter
& d$ I' V* s3 P% Z# u8 e1 `$ E( W6 va combination of directional pad presses followed by SELECT to enter them. The
codes were made the way they are so they are very easy to enter. After hitting
) r6 r; @4 F. R$ Z, u9 h! R& mSELECT you should press any of these buttons: A,B,X,Y,L,R. If you press another
direction on the directional pad after pressing Select and hearing the correct
# Y  D( u+ A6 a; ]3 bcode sound effect, you will change your character back to a regular character.
: o3 F4 O1 t' F" I- zBelow are the buttons you should press. Note, You can exchange B for any of the
ones I listed above.

Play As Smoke - Right, Right, Right, Right, Right, Select, B

Play As Noob - Left, Left, Left, Left, Left, Select, B

以上指令在选人画面输入。而且是必须快速输入（最好在2秒内全部完成输入）

First thing you should know is there aren't any endings for the new characters.
When you beat the game and it should show an ending story, the game will default

# z# l7 {$ `: j" oNext, in Versus Mode any Secret Character will use Kung Lao as their "Battle
! v  c5 ?6 w- gPortrait" that appears on the screen that says BATTLE # and has each player's
6 |' J. e7 _* L# \4 o" R# T# r  Mcharacter picture. In a later version if I can I will change this so each
character has their own unique portrait or they will all get a question mark
. u' ]* _1 {: w( g0 V( D0 X' Vstyle portrait like the tournament ladder has.
