上一版是Mame32 NeH† Builds 0.124u2，还以为不会更新了，以添加hack游戏为主的模拟器
有时真搞不懂，有功夫做hack rom，为什么不做ips，同样能达到效果，并且有说明有图片，不像hack rom，都不知道改了些什么
