帮忙看下一个(404) Not Found.问题
先安装的微软的.NET Framework，再运行一个叫MapsDownload的下地图的东西，要下载的时候Microsoft .NET Framework就报错，不知道是什么情况，杀软已经关闭，请各位大大帮我看下，详细如下See the end of this message for details on invoking

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box. 引起404错误的情况有以下几种：
1. 用户输入的网址不完全正确。有可能输入的主站网址正确，但是分支目录或者网页文件名错误。所以，用户应首先确认输入的网址正确无误。
2. 网站的服务器过于繁忙也可能导致此故障。对于此种情况，可以过一段时间再次访问该网页。
3. 用户试图访问的网页已经被删除或者改名。如果是这样，那么用户将毫无办法，只能放弃访问。
可以看出，此错误由目标服务器引起，与本机无关。可以下Fw的地方有很多，多找找。
