帮忙看下一个(404) Not Found.问题

先安装的微软的.NET Framework，再运行一个叫MapsDownload的下地图的东西，要下载的时候Microsoft .NET Framework就报错，不知道是什么情况，杀软已经关闭，请各位大大帮我看下，详细如下

引起404错误的情况有以下几种：

1. 用户输入的网址不完全正确。有可能输入的主站网址正确，但是分支目录或者网页文件名错误。所以，用户应首先确认输入的网址正确无误。
2. 网站的服务器过于繁忙也可能导致此故障。对于此种情况，可以过一段时间再次访问该网页。
3. 用户试图访问的网页已经被删除或者改名。如果是这样，那么用户将毫无办法，只能放弃访问。

可以看出，此错误由目标服务器引起，与本机无关。可以下Fw的地方有很多，多找找。
