7 q; ~# H' S* R2 W) Kseemed very cool to me. So awhile back I thought I could make a Pro Action Replay
7 D3 \, }! X/ ycheat code to play as these characters. It was simple enough to make a code to/ K! I) B2 G" [8 I
make you be any of the three. Try it out in an unpatched ROM. Use these codes:

So now you see that while you can force the game to let you be one of these

block will cause the game to crash. This isn't very fun. So I decided to look% o/ h2 `5 o! ~. e4 s5 z/ A" i
into the problem and thus here is this patch.; a3 w- H7 u/ y4 |- z

Patch Details: N+ l; E3 e; c& G) q
This patch does alot of things to allow the game to run with a human controlling
! {; H0 _8 ]' E0 t+ T! Dany of the hidden characters (Smoke, Noob, Jade) without crashing. Below are some) x U, w& ?9 A# P2 z4 U
keypoints.
% i9 O9 I0 [1 h% j8 F0 [3 }- u* z: V' w; o2 n! `( K- k
* All 3 characters can now move like every normal character without crashes.% J1 ], {( [! u! D1 A9 a6 [* b& C
* All 3 characters have Special moves.4 _( o: a8 Q/ U& B F2 d, d* f
* All 3 characters can now perform Finishing Moves and be Finished themselves.
; x$ S4 O m. j) x/ o4 ~" N; a1 {* All 3 characters have Fatality moves.
0 N; q2 Z4 `8 u) R2 ~8 Q7 T* All 3 characters have Friendship and Babality moves.

- V1 Z2 W! Z+ p; V7 e+ K. a' ^The secret codes are entered on the Character Selection Screen. You must enter& G- s, Q0 M4 K: K) r
a combination of directional pad presses followed by SELECT to enter them. The( V* k7 G% x* d; l% n$ _
codes were made the way they are so they are very easy to enter. After hitting( a' {! _% S8 S# D& s7 n+ |
SELECT you should press any of these buttons: A,B,X,Y,L,R. If you press another
/ N9 T0 K/ x& R8 Y" E- Adirection on the directional pad after pressing Select and hearing the correct
5 D0 ^* }8 N0 Gcode sound effect, you will change your character back to a regular character.1 r( g/ g7 G: O6 @( m
Below are the buttons you should press. Note, You can exchange B for any of the

Portrait" that appears on the screen that says BATTLE # and has each player's
