The hidden characters in Mortal Kombat II (Smoke, Noob Saibot, and Jade) always, f( I& f5 Z) }3 `, d+ C
seemed very cool to me. So awhile back I thought I could make a Pro Action Replay R" N; V) Q1 n g+ h) _% |8 C, a
cheat code to play as these characters. It was simple enough to make a code to% L! _8 z6 j* y+ I) h! `9 b3 Q5 F
make you be any of the three. Try it out in an unpatched ROM. Use these codes:9 w' d3 L( h& U5 u3 m& f5 {

This patch does alot of things to allow the game to run with a human controlling8 A5 g$ @' d7 Q1 I9 Q
any of the hidden characters (Smoke, Noob, Jade) without crashing. Below are some

* All 3 characters can now move like every normal character without crashes.

direction on the directional pad after pressing Select and hearing the correct( h3 n$ X1 D( Y$ m' i

First thing you should know is there aren't any endings for the new characters.

Next, in Versus Mode any Secret Character will use Kung Lao as their "Battle
& k2 G- k: V1 b+ Q( ?; Z- c) CPortrait" that appears on the screen that says BATTLE # and has each player's
% T* c8 [7 e5 Gcharacter picture. In a later version if I can I will change this so each+ W2 l M% ]4 P1 d+ X* ~1 n: _- i
character has their own unique portrait or they will all get a question mark
