MAME改版模拟器，主要在于优化速度，新版变动如下:

- Fixed bug in Widescreen Stretch feature that was locking other Video Views in the core
- Fixed crash in Miscellaneous Options related to Cheat Files parsing
- Modernized a bit Hiscore Support source code to latests MAME Core standards
- Modernized a bit GUI source code to latests MAME Core standards
- Reworked Ninja Kazan interrupt hack. Game now fully playable without slowdowns
- M1FX 10.7 released: small source code cleanups and re-organizations
