Notable changes since build 604:

* Added "Quick Open ROM" menu entry
* XAudio2 enumeration fix
* Link statically to zlib, libpng, MFC and C/C++ runtimes

Runtimes:
You must have installed the latest DirectX SDK and, if you want to use OpenAL, the OpenAL runtime. Read the Readme for further assistance.
