- Fixed an issue with InfoSeek look-up requiring administrative privileges
  (Thanks to Jimmy for pointing this out)
- The debugger can now be entered at an arbitrary frame cycle
  Previously it was deferred until the next interrupt period
- IM mode and the IR register pair values can now be edited in the Registers window
